EpicCue

Run your show's audio from one GO button

EpicCue is a Mac cue player for corporate shows, theater and concerts. Build your cue list, set your fades and levels, then press GO for each moment of the show.

For Mac, on macOS 15 or later.

Try it. This silent demo copies how the cue list behaves in the app.

    Before doors

    Build it once

    Set each cue's moment

Drag start and stop points on the waveform, or punch them in while it plays. Add fades, crossfades, pre-roll, post-roll and loops.

    Even out the levels

EpicCue measures each cue's loudness in LUFS and corrects it to your target, so voiceovers, music and stingers sit close together. You can still adjust any cue by ear.

Send each cue where it belongs

Pick an output device and channel pair per cue. Multichannel interfaces work too.

    Check the show

Check Show flags missing files, unmeasured songs and a disconnected console before you open the doors.

    During the show

    Keep your eyes up

GO, then the next cue is ready

Space fires the cue and moves to the next one. Cues can follow each other, or fire together as a group.

    Hot buttons

Keep applause, stingers and walk-ups one key away, wherever you are in the list.

    Presenter display

A second screen shows a huge countdown, what's next, the current playlist song and the time.

    Walk-in music that keeps going

Play an Apple Music or Spotify playlist in its own tab, under your cues. Uses your own subscription.

    When plans change

    Stop means stop

A fade or a hard stop

Escape fades the cues out. Press it twice to stop everything at once, including anything still starting.

    Show Mode

Locks the show so a stray click or key can't change it. Deleting a cue always takes a modifier key.

    Automatic backups

EpicCue saves as you work and keeps backups of the show, so one bad edit doesn't cost you the file.

    A backup Mac

A second Mac can follow every GO, fade and stop over the network, playing on its own outputs. The backup needs no license of its own.

With the rest of your rig

    Talk to your gear

    Yamaha consoles

Console cues fade faders and sends, switch channels, set mute groups and recall scenes on DM7, DM3, CL, QL and Rivage.

    Send OSC and MIDI

Fire other systems from your cue list with network and MIDI cues, including MIDI Show Control GO.

    Remote control

Trigger EpicCue from a Stream Deck, Companion or a MIDI controller, using OSC, MIDI or system-wide shortcuts.

    AI voiceovers

Type a script and drop an ElevenLabs voiceover straight into a cue. Uses your own ElevenLabs account.
